The Names of the Flowers
Every weekend for the last 15 years, Ely and his group of volunteers organize search-and-rescue operations to the Arizona desert in search of the bodies of migrants who died while crossing the border on foot. Recently, families have been contacting them from all over Latin America to help them find their loved ones.
The documentary ‘Spare my Bones, Coyote!’ tells the story of the volunteers’ herculean work, their dedication to their cause, and its consequence on their lives and the families’ they support.
